If you order a product from us incorrectly, you may use the form below to cancel your order or simply Contact Us. If the order is cancelled before shipment, you will incurr a 3% credit card processing charge.
If the order has been shipped, you must return the unopened product to our factory at your cost. You will be credited for the product less TopToner's cost of shipping and a 10% restocking charge upon our receipt of the product.
If cartridge seal has been removed, you will be credited for the product less TopToner's cost of shipping and a 50% restocking/processing charge upon our receipt of the product.
