Should you incurr any defect, simply fill out our Return Request Form.
We will immediately issue a call tag for return shipment of the product. You will receive an email with notification of scheduled pickup date. You will NOT be billed for return shipping.
Upon receipt of the defective unit, we will immediately issue a new cartridge at no cost to you.

*Return Policy / Terms:
Manufacturer defect does not include problems caused by faulty printers or standard depletion of toner due to normal use. Product must be returned at least 85% full for full credit (see below).
If the product is returned after 15% or more of product has been depleted, you will be prorated as per amount of usage. A replacement cartridge will be sent and you will be charged the cost of the new product with a deduction of the prorated value.
If TopToner finds that the product you returned is not a TopToner product or that the product is in fact NOT defective, replacement product will NOT be sent and you will be charged the cost of return shipment of the product.
